About Sean
Sean is an expert in the fields of economics policy and strategy. He has over 30 years' professional experience as a policy, economic development and research economist. He has over 15 years' experience focusing on all aspects of location development and investment promotion.
He has developed, led and delivered a diverse range of economic and location development and foreign direct investment promotion assignments, in a variety of locations and jurisdictions.
He started his career in economics consulting and as an economist in consulting, with Pieda Ltd., and financial services, with Bristol & West, before working in PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia, Hong Kong and UK for over 10 years.
Following a successful consulting career at senior management level, Sean worked for Foreign Investment Advisory Service (FIAS) – an advisory unit within the World Bank Group (now part of the IFC's Investment Climate Advisory Services Department), as Regional Program Coordinator for the Pacific region.
